I had other issues with my SUV, including the seal on the back window and the air conditioner plug being clogged and leaking into the passenger foot area. Also during this time my sync touch radio would go out from time to time. I cannot get even close to the millage that they claim I am supposed to get. Ford can do much better on its Sync system…besides the bells and whistles which are nice, you need to incorporate a backup of some kind for the fuel gauge. I think the problem is a conflict with incompatible Bluetooth devices or it’s some kind of RF interference from high power Bluetooth devices (newer phones) and the onboard electronics of the sync system.
